Many people blame their height problem on their genes but a lot of it has to do with proper exercise and food.

In order to gain a few inches without much trouble is to strengthen the core muscles that hold the body in the right posture. The back and abdominal muscles are the key players in this achievement. Bad posture reduces anyone height by two inches at least. To achieve this perform setups and crunches at home regularly. No need to sign up with expensive gyms.

You should never do anything that will hurt or make you feel uncomfortable. You need to strengthen your muscles gradually. Then you will need your eight hours of rest to recuperate. You must also eat a high protein and fiber diet and eat a lot of greens to clean out your system.

Then there are always the stretching exercises you can perform lying down or hanging. Do these and in a matter of two months you will find that you are at least 3 inches taller that you were.
